JOB DESCRIPTION:
IT User Support Technician will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to internal and external users of IT systems and applications, primarily through phone, email, or remote interaction. Their responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, assisting with installations and updates, maintaining system security, and documenting support requests. They will also be responsible for training users, creating self-help resources, and ensuring smooth system performance. The role requires technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure efficient and effective IT service delivery.

Location: Nationwide

HOURS: 37.5 per Week
SALARY:
£26,500-£40,000 (Depending on Experience)
