Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all retail operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient
functioning. - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and improve
profitability. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and staff to deliver outstanding
performance. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Preparing and delivering pitches to potential investors
- Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events
- Understanding of the market of the UK, UAE & Gulf Region is advantageous.
Person Specifications:
Proven record of managing a business
First-class communication skills and the ability to work at all levels of an organization
Strong presentation skills
Familiar with all relevant MS Office applications Strong account management
Multi-lingual (Urdu/Hindi/Arabic) is advantageous.
Willing to Travel UK, UAE & Gulf Region for Business Affairs

LOCATION: Nationwide
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To perform diagnostics and repairs to computers/mobile handsets above the standard required.
Eliminate blacklisting, SIM card or network problems to ensure fault lies with the handset or accessories
Perform functionality checks in order to eliminate user error
Ascertain the warranty status of a handset in order to eliminate damaged equipment
Perform a functional test of the handset using RF test equipment and PC in order to ascertain the nature of the defect/s (where applicable)
Perform mechanical/cosmetic repair to handsets in order to remedy diagnosed fault
Reflow circuit board components to effect repairs
Perform component repair in order to effect repairs
Perform the replacement of complex components in order to effect repairs
Perform in depth fault analysis in order to effect repairs
Repair to manufacturers guidelines in order to effect repairs
Support Product Support team and level 2 Engineers as and when necessary, in order to enhance the skill base of the workshop
Carry out soldering work where required in order to effect repairs
Achieve agreed targets as specified in order to meet the requirements of the business
Perform in-depth electronic fault-finding techniques
Ability to read and understand electronic schematics
Travel to clients site to perform repair
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Computer/Mobile Device repairer in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in English
A Team player as well as has ability to work independently using own initiative.
Willing to travel to different sites for repair for our clients
Proficiency in English/Hindi/Urdu is desirable
JOB TYPE: Full-time
HOURS: 37.5 per Week
SALARY:
£26,500.00 - £34,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better
Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings
Preparing client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint.
Meeting new and existing clients in person/zoom
Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email and in-person meetings
Preparing and delivering pitches to potential investors
Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events

Proven record of successful sales/business development

Salary: £27,000 to 40,000 per year negotiable
